Daytime maintenance is different than nighttime. We want our face conditioned to start the day but don’t want too many products on to add to later day makeup deterioration. As we age we tend to try to cover up our skin’s flaws and signs of aging. THIS makes us look old. Adding more makeup products to wrinkles only enhances them. Remember, that’s what makeup is for, to enhance us, not cover us up. That’s better left to theater makeup.
What’s the solution? A fantastic cosmeceuticals program will keep your skin in tip-top shape. Promoting cell turnover and diminishing, age spots, wrinkles, and fine lines. The smoother the canvas the less paint you need to cover it up.
Having said that, we’ve formulated the perfect products to get ready for your day, whether you wear makeup or not.
As a rule of thumb, apply the lightest weight product first and always wear a sunscreen when you are going to be outdoors.
Our recommended routine always begins with a cleanser followed by Platinum Plump’n Fill Hyaluronic Acid Serum for plumping and hydrating followed by Emu Oil and/or your choice of moisturizer. We think of emu oil as a moisturizing serum. So we have a hydrating serum and a moisturizing serum. Your personal skin needs will determine which one you use and when, whether you’ll use both, and how much. Two products in and you should be looking healthy and smooth but one more step into a lotion makes your canvas even smoother. Whether you choose to wear makeup or not is up to you. Sometimes Tanner Than Everyone Else is all you need and there’s no risk of looking cakey. If you continue on with a foundation we highly recommend you apply it with a wet sponge or wet beauty blender. This goes for any skincare routine, it’s always best to dilute your foundation. You can slowly apply more IF you need to. Less is more when you’re wrinkling, no nice way to say it.
We’ve presented numerous options below from single products to duos, to an offering of all of these products bundled together. Duos and bundles come with savings so definitely consider bundling your choices.
As a rule of thumb, apply the lightest, water-based products first before adding the more occlusive, oil-based products.
