The quality of our product is really important to us. Natural skincare products like those in the Bobbie Lynn’s line made primarily with butters, oils, and waxes have a limited shelf life compared to their synthetic cousins. We strive to only sell fresh product. If you’ve received a damaged product or product that you don’t think isn't fresh, please contact us so we can make it right. We’re not in business to have unhappy clients and we aim to please.
Damaged Items
When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please retain the box, the packing materials and items inside and contact us as soon as possible via email.
